This is my eleventh year of teaching, and I have been blessed to teach the entire time for the Paris Special School District at Paris Elementary School!
I started teaching 4th grade in 2012, and I taught in a self contained classroom and a reading/social studies classroom for 5 years. Then, I graduated to 5th grade, and I’ve taught reading and social studies here for 5 years! I’m excited to be starting my 6th year in 5th grade.
Spending my career in the PSSD means the world to me! I went through Kindergarten though 8th grade as a Bulldog student in the PSSD, and now I’m excited to come back and teach the current and future Bulldogs students!
While I was completing my education degree at UTM, I worked at Rhea Elementary as a Kids Club teacher. It was fun spending after school hours and the summertime with some of our K-2nd students!
